Reference is being made to the appointment system for deliveries to CPSU stores. In order to improve on our communication system and fast track deliveries, as from next Monday 20th August 2018 you are cordially being requested to send an official email to the scheduling officers (Mr Salvinu Azzopardi – [email protected] and Mr Emmanuel Lia – [email protected]).
We wish to limit the telephone calls for any queries so as to allow the scheduling department to work on appointments and have these setup at the earliest. Moreover, please submit in your request the following details;
Subject title – Delivery Appointment <<Company Details>> for Week <<No.>>
Email is to include, Items codes (S-Code), Descriptions, Quantities and number of Pallets/Boxes for each items to be supplied.
You are also kindly request to attach Copies of the Confirmation of Orders (CORs) being supplied.
Moreover, it would be appreciated if you could also provide soft-copies of invoice in advance of the delivery to enable us to process the receipt in a more faster manner.
